The new and spectacular crop circle at West Kennett on June 21, 2017: let’s take a closer look!
The design of this crop picture was based on concentric rings. There are 20 "basket weaves" along its third ring out from the centre, while the number of “basket weaves” per ring increases relatively from 3 to 4 to 5 to 6, as we proceed out to its sixth ring along the perimeter. Thus it contains about 120 separate "basket weave" shapes in total:
