Kingweston (2), June 21, 2026. By Peter van den Burg I was rather sceptical when the first photo was shared. It looked poorly designed, poorly executed, and poorly integrated into the landscape—almost as if it had been designed in a hurry. In some ways it still does, but now that I understand the design better, I am starting to warm to it. It's quite a contrast to the exceptional clarity of the previous designs. I think I expected that trend to continue, and when this formation deviated from the pattern, my initial reaction was scepticism. But we all love the underdog, so let's take a closer look and start drawing. Begin with two nested squares inside the perimeter circle. Two nested hexagrams within the inner circle will give you the central flattened unit circle. Copy that circle outward as shown. This will establish the central circles of the eyes. From the eyes, draw a circle…

Geometry
6 diagram file(s) on this page. measured from the diagram itself, and experimental: the extractor's rotational order is right on 88.8 % of a 200-diagram hand-labelled set against a gate of 90 %, so read a number here beside the picture rather than instead of it.
| diagram | rotational symmetry | elements | rings | mirror | fill |

Experimental, and marked ≈ wherever it appears. These numbers are read off a drawing, not off the field: the extractor's rotational order agrees with a hand-labelled set on 88.8 per cent of 200 diagrams against a gate of 90 per cent, its element count is within one on 97.5 per cent, and its ring count is not calibrated at all. Nothing in the analysis tree is derived from the rotational order while that gate is unmet.
Diagrams that look like these: cc 1e2d0092 · tt 1e2d0092 · tt c100131e · tt b167aa0b · tt d82a539e— the nearest by perceptual hash. The whole archive is browsable by shape in the shape section, and this formation's own diagrams go straight into that grid: show them in the grid.
